Zero tolerance policy
Just Do Sales has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
You agree not to post, upload, or share content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other members. Reported content and users are reviewed within 24 hours and accounts that violate these terms are suspended or terminated.
1. Who we are
Just Do Sales is a sales coaching community operated by Koinos LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The "Just Do Sales" iOS app (the "App") is the mobile interface to the community.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Do not share your account or impersonate another member.
4. User-generated content
The App lets you post wins, send messages, react to posts, and join group conversations. You retain ownership of content you post but you grant Just Do Sales a license to display it inside the App and the community. You are solely responsible for what you post.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination
- Sexually explicit content, violence, or threats
- Self-harm content, content endangering minors
- Spam, scams, fraudulent links, or impersonation
- Posting personal information of another person without consent
- Circumventing moderation, blocks, or reports
Accounts that violate these terms are suspended or terminated without warning.
6. Reporting and blocking
Every post, message, and member profile in the App exposes a Report and Block action. We review reports within 24 hours. Blocking another member hides their content from you and prevents new contact.
7. AI-assisted moderation
Some content is reviewed by AI tools to flag potential safety issues. AI does not take automated punitive actions; humans review every flag before any account action is taken.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from inside the App.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee earnings, results, or outcomes from any training inside the App.
