Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Just Do Sales (operated by Koinos LLC) collects, why, and how you control it.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), display name, avatar, bio.
• Content you post: wins, channel messages, direct messages, reactions, RSVPs.
• Device + diagnostics: crash reports, basic usage analytics (which screens, error rates).

What we do NOT collect

• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not sell your data to advertisers.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or location unless you explicitly grant permission.

How we use your data

• To run the community: show your posts to members, deliver notifications, render leaderboards.
• To moderate: AI-assisted review of messages flags safety issues for human review.
• To improve the app: aggregate usage and crash data.

Sharing

We use Supabase (database + auth) and Apple Push Notification Service (push) as service providers. Your data is processed by them on our behalf only.

Your rights

• You can edit your profile inside the App.
• You can delete your account at any time, which removes your posts and personal data.
• You can request a data export by emailing trey@roofos.co.

Children

The App is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the effective date above and notify you in-app.
