How to reach us

Email trey@roofos.co for any of the following:

• App not loading or crashing
• Sign-in or password reset issues
• Account deletion or data export request
• Reporting a member or piece of content (you can also use the in-app Report button)
• Billing questions for Roam, the University, or other premium tiers

Common issues

I forgot my password

Use the "Reset password" link on the sign-in screen. We will email a reset link.

I want to delete my account

Open the app -> Settings -> Account -> Delete account. Or email us and we will delete it for you within 24 hours.

I blocked someone by accident

Settings -> Safety -> Blocked users -> Unblock.

I reported something but it is still up

Reports are reviewed by a human within 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed and the content is still live, email us.

Office hours

Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Mountain time. Weekend tickets are read but responses may wait until Monday.
